    They lied to our faces about our “next day refund” saying that we were approved for the full amount, only to find out later that evening by an email that we were not getting the full amount, not even half! And they had already filed to deduct the full amount. Called them and explained what had happened and the guy I talked to said that they were not supposed to tell us that. They done the same thing to my brother in-law. This was not one individual worker either, there was three other workers helping her file our taxes. I don’t appreciate being lied to, will not go back to this place. Should of stuck with Turbo Tax.

    My husband is a over the road trucker driver. I was able to be on the road with him this month. I needed to use the bathroom the nearest bathroom was at shell gas station the attendent was rude I guess because my husband bob tail in the parklot we only were there for 10 min at the most ask me were the driver was what a idiot...How do you do think you your gas staion stay open you idiot Trucker delivers everything too you store dummy

    Steals your money all the time. I pay for something and the money is fully in the account but they still take a overdraft fee of 35.00 out even though the 13 dollars was in the account.
